Secretary

Job Description
We are looking for personal Secretary in the east midlands area to work directly with the Partner. You will be responsible for organising meetings, contacting business partners and general administration work. The role will involve travelling occasionally across the UK. We are looking for friendly, reliable people that may work flexible part time hours, ranging from a few hours per week up to a few days per week.

Accounts Assistant

Job Description
We are looking for Accounts Assistant in the east midlands area to work with a wide range of clients. Knowledge of Sage and excel would be preferred, as these are the computer packages that we mainly use with our clients. It would also help if you have excellent people skills and a positive attitude to helping people to manage their businesses. You will be responsible for posting sales and purchase invoices, posting bank receipts and payments and reconciling the customer, supplier and bank accounts. It would also be beneficial if you have knowledge of accruals, prepayments and preparing monthly management accounts.
We are looking for friendly, reliable people that may work flexible part time hours, ranging from a few hours per week up to a few days per week. Occasionally the job will involve traveling to client meetings.
We will try and find you work within a reasonable distance of your home and provide training and support for you to undertake the work with clients.
